There are a couple ways to apply to adopt or foster:
- Option 1: Fill out one of the cat or dog forms below. There are three versions to choose from (Online, Pdf, Word). The Online Form is the easiest and fastest so we recommend this. Just fill in the form, enter the security code at the bottom of the form and submit!
- Option 2: Stop by an adoption event and fill out a form in person.

*The PDF Form needs to be printed and then filled out. Either mail it in or drop it off at an adoption event. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer, you may download it for free from the Adobe website.

Cat adoption fees:
- Kittens six months and younger $135
- Cats over 6 months $100
- Seniors 8 years and older $50
Dog adoption fees:
The adoption fee varies per dog and is listed in the bio.
Please know that our adoption fees help offset some (but not all) of the expenses incurred. All of G.R.A.S.P.'s animals are examined by a local vet, receive all age-appropriate vaccinations and are spayed/neutered.
