Fosters Needed!
Fostering - How it works.
We need fosters for the homeless cats, kittens and dogs that need our help!
Most were lost, strayed, or abandoned and picked up by Greece Animal Control. GRASP is given the opportunity to rescue the friendliest and healthiest pets in order to save them from being euthanized. However, since GRASP doesn't have a shelter, we are unable to save the animals without the help of volunteer fosters. All pets must stay in temporary foster homes while they await permanent adoption.
Before being placed into foster care, all pets are fully vet-checked and treated for fleas and worms, vaccinated, tested for FIV/Leukemia (cats) and Heartworm (dogs), and spayed or neutered.
GRASP covers all vet care costs! All we need from you is a little extra space in your heart and home.
If you've ever considered fostering please do! We need you! We can't save them without your help.

Considering Adopting?
If you see a cat or dog you are interested in, just complete an online adoption form and a volunteer will contact you.
Cat adoption fees:
- under 6 months is $135
- 6 months to 7 years is $100
- 8 years and older is $50
All cats are combo-tested for FIV and Feline Leukemia, receive all age-appropriate vaccinations, and are altered.
Dog adoption fee varies. It will be listed in their bio.

Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

Saturdays 11:00am-1:00pm
Both days @ Petco 2373 W Ridge Rd., Greece
If we will not make it to Petco as scheduled, we will post a note here and on the event calendar letting you know the change for a particular day.
GRASP at Red Wings Games!
GRASP will be working at the following games.
5/10, 6/16, 7/25, 7/28 and 8/24.
Go to the calendar event for each day to find out which concession(s) GRASP will be at.
GRASP will earn a percentage of the earnings!

Volunteer Meetings
Volunteer Meetings are the second Tueday of every other month at the Greece Chamber of Commerce: 2402 West Ridge Rd, which is the lower level behind Men's Wearhouse across from the mall.
In addition to covering upcoming events and other group business, meetings may feature a guest speaker.
Next meeting is:
June 11th, 2013 7pm to 8:30pm
