Miles (fka Mosely) is the brightness in my life. He is highly intelligent,sweet and sassy. He loves meal time, birdwatching, playing, watching us cook and hates expensive fountains and being left out of cuddles. Since his brother crossed the rainbow bridge in June his personality has blossomed and has become more social. GRASP may have rescued Miles, but Miles rescued me.

Max (formerly Dinky) has brought so much joy to my life for the past 12 years. Max was likely the runt of the litter and I immediately fell in love with him when I saw him at one of the local pet stores. Max has traveled with me from Rochester across the country and is enjoying his life in sunny CA. Despite having a chronic health condition (seizures/epilepsy), he remains the most happy-go-lucky and stress-free kitty. Max gets along with his canine siblings, loves naps and snuggles on the couch, licking shower curtains, and is a sucker for mochi ice cream. My husband and I love him to death and can't imagine life without our Max. Thank you G.R.A.S.P for saving him and all that you do for the animals!

Blaze (fka Mac & Cheese) has been such an amazing edition to our family. He is the sweetest boy. It took him like a month to come out of his shell, but he just blossomed into such a sweet, cuddly cat. I absolutely adore him.

At first he was a bit anxious and a bit hyperactive. He tore through toys like they were tissue paper, but he was such a sweet boy. After gaining a bunch of weight and getting used to us, he has a routine that he loves, toys that he loves playing with with us, he also demands snuggles on a schedule and is an absolute idiot fawning over guests who come to our house. We couldn’t love him any more than we already do. What a wonderful companion.

Our sweet girl Jojo (formerly Angel) has been a phenomenal addition to our little family. She is a great snuggler, muffin maker, and purring machine. GRASP was on the nose with her having a good disposition to be in a home with other cats. She helped her fur sister Lola adjust very well as Lola really needed the right fit to be able to add another cat to our home. Every day is an adventure and JoJo goes with the flow and keeps us laughing. So grateful for GRASP.

Phoebe ‘Squee’ (fka Lizzy) was brought to GRASP as a 6 week old kitten with one ruptured eye (which was later removed) and a terrible infection in the other. Moosh immediately adopted her, so we decided she was part of the family to stay. They still cuddle and play together all the time

Millie was a foster fail who won my heart. In the (almost) three years we’ve been together, we’ve road tripped cross country 6 times, hiked over 2000 miles throughout 24 states. She’s the best travel partner I’ve ever had. Thank you, GRASP for introducing me to my newest best friend.

He was picked up by a police officer on the side of a busy road at 9 weeks old and brought to GRASP. He ended up having stomatitis and needed all of his teeth removed in several surgeries. His recoveries were very difficult. It was a whole year of medical stuff. After all that, I couldn’t part with him so I adopted him! He’s quirky and adorable. He pushes the other cats out of the way for treats despite having no teeth!

Cash (formerly Cashew) is the sweetest, most snuggly boy out there, and, he's a tri-pawd, making him even more special. He reminds me so much of our boy (the pillow Cash is hugging) Bomber that crossed the bridge back in September 2021. He was the piece we have been missing. He showed up on a Sunday night 3ish yrs ago as the "50lb foster" that actually weighs 110 and never left! We wouldn't have it any other way. The husband just said this week that he wouldn't mind getting Jack a dog (our dog needs a dog) but he's afraid because there will never be another as perfect as our Jack Boy.

Penny is a funny little biscuit maker that has settled in real nice with us. Lynx (now Luna) is doing great and has successfully won over the affection of my resident cat Harlow and they spend countless hours playing and chasing each other around having a blast. Harlow didn’t play with toys much before Luna, but it seems Luna has awakened her inner kitten and Harlow plays just as much as the kitten does now.

This is Maddie. It was love at first sight. Maddie is very petite. We were quite surprised at how dark her fur got but her eyes are the most beautiful blue. She's a loner, isn't interested in being with her sisters (but they can be bullies). She's funny when she runs up and down the stairs, meowing with her favorite toy mouse in her mouth.
