GRASP Animal Rescue saves precious, innocent lives throughout the entire Greater Rochester Area. Our volunteers, fosters and adopters are from Monroe and all surrounding counties. In 2025 we saved over 500 lives, over 3,000 in the last five years, and countless thousands more since our founding in 1996.

GRASP is fully volunteer and foster-based. We have no paid staff and no overhead, so you can feel good that ALL of your donation goes directly to animal care.
